Avian Bird Flu

The Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust have now confirmed an outbreak of avian bird flu at the Amwell Nature Reserve.

Obviously they have decided to close the reserve to visitors until further notice.
Do not touch any sick or dead birds.

Please report any dead or sick birds to the Defra Rural Services Helpline on 03000 200 301. Failure to do so is an offence.
